Motivation With Coach Camille

The Beauty of Becoming We live in a world that celebrates finished products. People applaud the promotion. The new house. The successful business. The published book. The big accomplishment. But very few people celebrate the process of becoming. The truth is, most of our lives are spent in the middle. The middle of learning. The middle of healing. The middle of growing. The middle of trusting. The middle of becoming. And sometimes we become frustrated because we compare our unfinished journey to someone else's finished chapter. Have you ever noticed that flowers don't bloom the moment they're planted? They need time. Roots grow before petals appear. The growth happening beneath the surface is just as important as what everyone eventually sees. Our lives are no different. There are seasons when God is developing patience, wisdom, confidence, resilience, and character in us—long before anyone else notices a visible change. It's easy to become discouraged when you can'...

There is something I've noticed about women. We can often tell another woman exactly what makes her special. We'll encourage her. We'll remind her how strong she is. We'll tell her she deserves more. But when someone turns that same attention toward us, suddenly we become uncomfortable. “Oh, I'm nothing special.” “Anybody could have done it.” “I just got lucky.” We shrink our accomplishments before anyone else gets the opportunity to acknowledge them. Humility Doesn't Require Hiding Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that acknowledging our strengths meant we were bragging. But humility and self-confidence can exist together. You can recognize that you're talented without believing you're better than everyone else. You can be proud of something you've accomplished while still appreciating the people who helped you. You can acknowledge your growth without pretending you have everything figured out. Confidence doesn't have to be loud. Somet...

You Don't Have to Start Over to Change Your Life Sometimes we reach a point in life when we know something needs to change. The interesting part is that we may not even be able to explain exactly what is wrong. We simply know we're no longer satisfied with where we are. That feeling can be uncomfortable because we immediately start thinking about everything we would have to change. Our job. Our relationships. Our routines. Our finances. Our responsibilities. Our plans. And suddenly, getting unstuck feels like it requires turning our entire life upside down. But it doesn't. Change Doesn't Erase Your Past One of the biggest misconceptions about beginning a new chapter is believing that you're starting from zero. You're not. You're bringing years of experience with you. You're bringing lessons you learned the hard way. You're bringing skills. You're bringing resilience. You're bringing a better understanding of yourself. Even the things that did...

There are seasons when we genuinely don't know what to do next. But there are also times when we tell ourselves we're confused because admitting what we really want would require something from us. A decision. A difficult conversation. A boundary. A beginning. Or an ending. And that's much harder than saying, “I just don't know.” Sometimes We Already Know Think about something you've been wrestling with for a while. When you're alone and completely truthful with yourself, is there an answer that keeps coming back? Maybe you know you're unhappy with something. Maybe you know you've outgrown a situation. Maybe you know there's something you've wanted to pursue. Maybe you know a habit needs to change. Knowing doesn't automatically make acting easy. That's where avoidance can begin. Why Do We Avoid Things? Because decisions have consequences. If I acknowledge what I want, what will I have to change? What will people think? What if I fail? Wha...

Stop Collecting Motivation and Start Making Decisions There is no shortage of motivation today. Open your phone and within minutes you'll find someone telling you to dream bigger, believe in yourself, keep going, start over, protect your peace, find your purpose, and never give up. Those messages can be helpful. But eventually, inspiration has to become action. Motivation Feels Good—But It Doesn't Make the Decision for You You can save a hundred inspirational posts and still wake up six months from now in exactly the same place. Not because the messages weren't good. But because knowing something and doing something are two completely different things. There comes a moment when we have to stop asking: “Do I feel motivated?” And start asking: “What have I decided?” A decision creates direction. Stop Making Promises That Are Too Big Sometimes we sabotage ourselves before we even begin. We say: “I'm changing my whole life.” “I'm going to work out every day.” “I'm...

# You Can Learn While You're Building One of the biggest misconceptions about starting something new is believing you need to know exactly what you're doing before you begin. You don't. When I started building Unstuck With Camille, there were things I knew—and plenty of things I didn't. I've had to learn about websites, digital products, social media, marketing, creating content, technology, and the business side of turning an idea into something real. And I'm still learning. There were moments when something didn't work the first time. There were things I had to redo. There were days when I probably spent far too long trying to figure out something that someone else could accomplish in five minutes. But every time I figured something out, I became more capable than I was before. That's what building looks like. ## Stop Waiting to Feel Completely Ready Sometimes we mistake preparation for progress. We research. We plan. We watch other people. We tell our...

One Small Step Can Change Everything When people think about transformation, they often imagine a dramatic moment that changes everything overnight. While those moments do happen, lasting change is usually built through small, consistent decisions. If you've been feeling stuck, don't pressure yourself to have all the answers today. Instead, ask yourself: What is one habit I can improve this week? What is one fear I can stop allowing to control me? What is one opportunity I've been avoiding? Every journey begins with one step. You don't have to run. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to begin. As you move forward, remember that your past does not determine your future.  Your decisions today do. Keep growing, keep believing, and never underestimate what God can do through your willingness to take one faithful step. — Cam T | Unstuck With Camille

Sometimes we become so frustrated with where we are that we convince ourselves everything needs to change. New job. New routine. New goals. New environment. New everything. But meaningful change doesn't always begin dramatically. Sometimes it begins with  one decision . Start With What's Keeping You Stuck Before trying to change your entire life, ask yourself: What is actually making me unhappy right now? Be specific. Maybe you're exhausted because you never make yourself a priority. Maybe you've outgrown something you're afraid to release. Maybe you've been carrying someone else's expectations. Maybe you have a dream you've talked yourself out of pursuing. When everything feels wrong, it's easy to become overwhelmed. But once you identify the real problem, you can begin working on the next step. Small Doesn't Mean Insignificant We often celebrate the big moments: launching the business, leaving the job, publishing the book, buying the house. But...

Growth rarely feels comfortable. In fact, some of the greatest moments of transformation begin with resistance. The moment you decide to pursue your purpose, fear often shows up. Doubt whispers. Distractions multiply. It becomes tempting to believe you’re not meant for the journey. But what if resistance isn’t telling you to stop? What if it’s simply reminding you that growth requires perseverance? Every successful person has faced moments where quitting seemed easier than continuing. The difference wasn’t talent. It was consistency. Don’t allow today’s challenge to erase tomorrow’s possibility. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep taking one faithful step at a time. One day you’ll look back and realize that the obstacle wasn’t the end of your story. It was the beginning of your breakthrough. Camille Founder, Unstuck With Camille

There comes a moment in life when we realize that the greatest obstacle standing between where we are and where we want to be isn’t another person—it’s ourselves. We often blame our circumstances, our past, our finances, or the opinions of others. While those things can certainly influence our lives, they don’t have to define our future. The real battle happens in our minds. It’s the battle between fear and faith. Between excuses and action. Between comfort and growth. Every day we have a choice. We can allow fear to keep us stuck, or we can choose courage and take one small step toward the life we desire. Mastering yourself doesn’t mean you’ll never have bad days. It means you’ll learn not to let those days define you. It means choosing discipline over excuses, consistency over perfection, and purpose over comfort. Think about the promises you’ve made to yourself. Maybe you said you were going to write that book. Start that business. Take better care of your health. Save more mo...

Fear Is a Terrible Thing. Fear loves to give advice. It tells us to stay comfortable. To wait.                                                                       To play it safe. But if I had listened to fear, I would still be wondering what my life could have been. The truth is, fear often shows up when we’re standing at the edge of growth. That doesn’t mean you stop. It means you’re stepping into something meaningful. Think about every major accomplishment in your life. Were you completely confident before you started? Probably not. You learned by doing. You grew by trying. You became stronger by refusing to quit. So today, ask yourself: What would I do if I wasn’t letting fear make my decisions? Then take one small step in that direction. Remember… You’re not stuck… y...
