Stop giving an empty chair a seat at your table

Stop giving an empty chair a seat at your table One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that not everything that speaks to you deserves a seat at your table. Every day we hear voices competing for our attention. Some come from other people, and some come from within. Fear tells us we're not ready.  Doubt tells us we're not good enough. Past mistakes remind us of what went wrong. Negative experiences try to convince us that nothing will ever change. If we're not careful, we begin to believe those voices. For years, many women have carried around thoughts that tell them they are too old, too late, too broken, or too far behind. They compare themselves to others and wonder why they haven't achieved the things they hoped for. Little by little, those thoughts begin to take up space in their minds and influence the decisions they make. The truth is, the voice you listen to the most will often determine the direction of your life. If you constantly tell yourself that you ...

Your Story Is Not Over

Your Story Is Not Over Hard seasons have a way of making us feel like we've missed our chance. Like the window closed, the opportunity passed, and now it's too late. Like the story has already been  written and it didn't turn out the way we hoped. But here's what I know to be true: a hard chapter does not mean a bad story. Some of the most powerful transformations begin on the other side of a painful ending.  The job loss that became a calling.  The broken relationship that taught you your worth. The health scare that made you finally start living. Pain has a way of clearing out what was never meant to stay — and making room for  what truly belongs in your life. If you're in a hard season right now, I'm not going to pretend it doesn't hurt. It does. Sitting in that is part of the process. But I am going to remind you of this: you have not run out of time.  You have not used up all your chances. And the version of you that's on the other side of this is g...

This Week, Choose You

This Week, Choose You We've spent this week talking about courage, rest, permission, progress, and resilience. And today, I want to bring it all back to one simple, powerful choice: Choose yourself. Not in a selfish way. Not in a way that ignores the people you love or the responsibilities you carry.  But in the deep, intentional way that says —  I matter too. My dreams matter. My peace matters. My growth matters. So many of the women I talk to have spent years choosing everyone and everything else first.  Their families, their jobs, their obligations, other people's emergencies, other people's timelines. And somewhere in all of that giving, they lost track of themselves. This week, I'm asking you to do something different. Choose you in at least one tangible way. Sign up for that course. Write in your journal. Take the walk. Say no to the thing that drains you. Say yes to the thing that lights you up. You cannot pour from an empty cup. And the world doesn't need a ...

When You're Almost There — Don't Let the Enemy Steal Your Mindset

When You're Almost There — Don't Let the Enemy Steal Your Mindset You've been working. Grinding. Showing up even when it was hard. And now you can see it — the goal, the dream, the thing you've been believing for. You're almost there. And then it happens. Out of nowhere, doubt creeps in. Fear gets loud. People around you start saying the wrong things at the wrong time. Your energy dips. Your confidence wavers. You start questioning everything. That is not a coincidence. The closer you get to your breakthrough, the harder the enemy will fight to pull you back. It is not random. It is resistance. And resistance only shows up when something significant is on the other side. Here is what I need you to understand today — the attack on your mindset is actually a sign that you are right where you need to be. The enemy does not bother with people who have given up. He comes for the ones who are about to win. So what do you do when you feel it happening? First, recognize it ...

Small Steps Are Still Steps

Small Steps Are Still Steps We live in a world that loves dramatic transformation stories. The overnight success.  The 90-day glow-up. The moment everything changed. And while those stories are inspiring, they leave out the most important part — all the small, quiet, unsexy steps that happened in between. Real change is built in the ordinary moments.  In the morning you chose to wake up fifteen minutes earlier. In the day you decided not to quit even though it was hard. In the week you showed up even when no one was watching and nothing felt like it was working. Small steps count. Every single one. If you've been feeling like you're not moving fast enough — like everyone else is further along and you're falling behind — I want you to shift that perspective today. You are not in a race.  You are on a journey. And the pace that keeps you consistent is always better than the sprint that burns you out. Look back at where you were six months ago. A year ago. You are not ...

Stop Waiting for Permission to Be Who You Are

Stop Waiting for Permission to Be Who You Are Nobody is coming to hand you a certificate that says you're ready. No one is going to tap you on the shoulder and say, "Now. Now is your time." That moment you've been waiting for? It won't arrive until you create it. So many of us have been conditioned to wait — for approval, for validation, for someone else to recognize our worth before we claim it ourselves. We wait to launch until it's perfect. We wait to speak until we're certain. We wait to call ourselves a coach, a writer, a leader — until someone else says it first. But permission doesn't work that way.  You are the only one who can give it to yourself. Who have you been waiting to become? What title, what identity, what version of yourself have you been holding at arm's length because it didn't feel official yet? Today, I'm inviting you to claim it. Say it out loud. Write it in your journal. Own it — even if it feels a little too big r...

Rest Is Not the Enemy of Progress

Rest Is Not the Enemy of Progress Somewhere along the way, we decided that being busy meant being productive. That exhaustion was a badge of honor. That if you weren't grinding, you weren't serious about your goals. It's time to unlearn that. Rest is not laziness. Rest is not falling behind. Rest is a strategy. It is the thing that refills you so you can show up fully — for your dreams, for the people you love, and most importantly, for yourself. Think about a phone with a dead battery.  It doesn't matter how powerful it is — it can't do anything until it's charged. You are no different. When you run on empty, your creativity suffers. Your patience disappears. Your vision gets foggy. And suddenly everything feels harder than it actually is. The most productive thing you can do some days is stop. Be still. Breathe. Let your mind and body recover so they can perform at the level your goals require. So if you're tired today — really tired — give yourself permis...

The Life You Want Is on the Other Side of Fear

The Life You Want Is on the Other Side of Fear Fear is a liar. It will tell you that you're not ready, not qualified, not good enough. It will dress itself up as logic and whisper things like "be realistic" and "who do you think you are?" And if you're not careful, you'll believe every word. But what if fear isn't a stop sign? What if it's actually a signal that you're standing at the edge of something meaningful? Every woman who has ever stepped into her purpose had to walk through fear to get there. The difference between staying stuck and moving forward is not the absence of fear — it's the decision to move anyway. Think about the last time fear held you back. What did it cost you? Not just the opportunity itself, but the confidence, the growth, the version of yourself you could have become. That's the real price of playing it safe. Today, I want to challenge you to name the thing you've been afraid to try. Write it down. Loo...

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out There's this myth floating around that says you need a perfect plan before you can start.  That you need to know every step, every outcome, and every answer before you take one inch forward. But here's the truth — most of the people who changed their lives didn't have it all figured out.  They just decided to start anyway.  Getting unstuck doesn't require certainty. It requires courage.  Specifically, the small, quiet kind of courage that whispers,  "I don't know exactly where this is going, but I'm going to take one step today." You don't need the whole staircase. You just need the next step. So today, ask yourself this: What's one small thing I can do right now — not perfectly, not completely — just one thing that moves me forward?  Maybe it's making a phone call you've been putting off. Maybe it's writing one paragraph of something you've been dreaming about.  Maybe it's simpl...

You Are Allowed to Want More

You Are Allowed to Want More Sometimes people feel guilty for wanting more. Like wanting a better life somehow means they are not grateful for what they have. But wanting more does not mean you are ungrateful. It means you are human. You are allowed to want a career that fulfills you. You are allowed to want relationships that  energize you. You are allowed to want a life that excites you when you wake up in the morning. Wanting more is not greedy. It is growth. The key is to pursue more from a place of purpose not just desire. Ask yourself — why do I want this? How will it serve me and others? When your wants are connected to your purpose they become powerful.  They become unstoppable. You are allowed to want more  Go get it. 💛 Read my daily blog Morning Motivation — link in bio!! — Camille | CEO and Founder of Unstuck With Camille

What Does Your Best Life Actually Look Like?

What Does Your Best Life Actually Look Like? When was the last time you sat down and really thought about what you want your life to look like? Not what your parents want. Not what society expects.  Not what looks good on paper. What do YOU actually want? Most people who feel stuck have never clearly defined what getting unstuck looks like for them.  They know they are unhappy where they are but they have no clear picture of where they want to go. Clarity is the first step to change. So today I want you to take 10 minutes and write down your answers to these questions: What does my best life look like?   What am I doing every day?  How do I feel when I wake up in the morning?  Who am I surrounded by?  What impact am I making? Write it down. Get specific. And then take one small step toward it today. 💛 Read my daily blog Morning Motivation — link in bio!! — Camille | CEO and Founder of Unstuck With Camille

Stop Comparing Your Journey to Someone Else's

Stop Comparing Your Journey to Someone Else's Comparison is one of the biggest things that keeps people stuck.  You scroll through social media and see someone else living  what looks like your dream and suddenly your own progress feels  small and meaningless. But here is what you are not seeing. You are not seeing their struggles.  You are not seeing their bad days.  You are not seeing how long it took them to get there. Your journey is yours alone. Your timeline is different.  Your path is different. And that is not a weakness — that is your strength. The only person you should be comparing yourself to is who you were yesterday.  Are you growing? Are you learning? Are you showing up? That is all that matters. 💛 Read my daily blog Morning Motivation — link in bio!! — Camille | CEO and Founder of Unstuck With Camille
