This Week, Choose You

This Week, Choose You

We've spent this week talking about courage, rest, permission, progress, and resilience. And today, I want to bring it all back to one simple, powerful choice:

Choose yourself.

Not in a selfish way. Not in a way that ignores the people you love or the responsibilities you carry.

But in the deep, intentional way that says — I matter too. My dreams matter. My peace matters. My growth matters.

So many of the women I talk to have spent years choosing everyone and everything else first.

Their families, their jobs, their obligations, other people's emergencies, other people's timelines. And somewhere in all of that giving, they lost track of themselves.

This week, I'm asking you to do something different. Choose you in at least one tangible way. Sign up for that course. Write in your journal. Take the walk. Say no to the thing that drains you. Say yes to the thing that lights you up.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. And the world doesn't need a dimmer version of you — it needs the full, rested, aligned, unstuck version.

You've taken so many brave steps this week just by showing up and reading these words.

That means something. Don't stop now.

This is your season. Own it. One small brave step at a time.
